Position Summary:
Assist clients by delivering the most therapeutically beneficial, professional, and consistent massage and body treatments available, while educating them on self-care and home care to support long-term wellness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform deep and light massage, additional massage modalities, and body treatments such as scrubs and wraps.
  • Evaluate each client’s individual needs and expectations to determine the most effective services.
  • Maintain a warm, gracious, and professional presence with clients and coworkers.
  • Work cooperatively with the spa team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Actively build repeat clientele through exceptional service and care.
  • Promote home care programs and products when in the best interest of the client.
  • Uphold high standards of sanitation, sterilization, and cleanliness in accordance with state law and spa policies.
  • Communicate guest or staff concerns to management professionally and promptly.
  • Address guest questions or concerns courteously and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
  • Current state massage therapy license.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and client-focused.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.

Schedule:
  • Flexible scheduling — you choose your hours.
  • At least one weekend day required.
